Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This annex supplements the terms and conditions for business customers and governs the processing of personal data on their behalf under Art. 28 GDPR, covering the nature, scope and purpose of processing, instruction rights, confidentiality, sub-processing, international data transfers and compliance requirements.
